2-Inch Aluminum AODD Pump
The SANDPIPER S20B1A1EANS000 is a complete S20 metallic air-operated double-diaphragm pump with 2-inch female NPT liquid connections. This standard configuration uses aluminum wetted components, Santoprene diaphragms and check balls, EPDM seats and a painted aluminum air section.
The S20 metallic series is intended for industrial transfer duties involving compatible liquids, moderate abrasives and suspended solids. Its ESADS+ air distribution system can be serviced externally, and the air valve does not require added lubrication.

These are the manufacturer's S20 metallic performance limits. Published curves use an elastomer-equipped pump with flooded suction and water at ambient temperature. Air supply, backpressure, suction conditions and fluid properties determine the operating flow. Maximum flow and maximum pressure are not a simultaneous duty point.
Application Selection
Consider this configuration for compatible water-based process fluids, industrial transfer and liquid-handling duties with small suspended solids. Evaluate aluminum, Santoprene and EPDM together against the actual process fluid. Do not assume suitability for oils, solvents, aggressive chemicals or hazardous locations from the pump's size or air-operated design.
Maintenance and Spare Parts
The manufacturer lists air-end kit 476-421-000 for the aluminum center and wet-end kit 476-042-354 with Santoprene diaphragms, Santoprene balls and EPDM seats. Confirm the full model and serial number before ordering. These service kits are separate maintenance items.
Before maintenance, isolate the air supply, release pressure and safely drain the liquid. Use the manufacturer manual for disassembly, inspection and reassembly requirements.
