How information submitted through the WILLEE inquiry form is handled.
Information in an inquiry
When you submit the contact form, the website stores your name, email, company, model or application details, message, consent statement and submission time. WILLEE uses these details to review and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
How the website handles it
Inquiries are stored in the WordPress database and are available to the website administrator. When email notifications are enabled, a copy is passed to the configured email provider. A temporary hashed connection identifier is used for submission rate limiting; it expires after one hour. Hosting services may separately keep technical access logs.
Language and contact services
The language selector uses GTranslate and Google translation services. These services may receive technical request information and page content for translation, and may use browser storage or cookies. Email and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. Their privacy terms apply to your use of those services.
