General manufacturing
Fit the transfer point into the way your production line works.
A compact pump may need to empty a drum, feed a machine or handle a maintenance transfer in a crowded production area. The installation matters as much as the fluid: access, available compressed air, hose routing and the frequency of start-stop operation can change the practical choice.
Typical media
- Oils & lubricants
- Detergents
- Process water
- Compatible solvents
Process duties
- Supply machine reservoirs and process stations
- Empty drums and maintenance collection containers
- Transfer wash or utility fluids between work areas
What to check
Confirm viscosity, fluid compatibility and the pressure required at the destination. Measure suction conditions and installation space, and identify any flow-control or pulsation requirements. For intermittent duties, describe the operating cycle so that the pump and its air supply can be assessed together.
Send the fluid, transfer distance, operating cycle and available air pressure.
