Identify which side of the pump needs parts
A repair-kit request should describe both the installed pump and the planned repair. WILDEN separates air-system service parts from wet-side elastomers. A Wet Kit is not a complete air-system rebuild, and an Air Kit does not replace the wetted diaphragms and check-valve components.
Record the symptom separately from the order. Poor delivery, air leakage and irregular cycling are observations, not proof that a particular kit will resolve the fault. For air-system symptoms, use our pilot-valve and main-air-valve guide to organize the information.

The WILDEN repair-kits flyer, WIL-19100-F-04, describes wet-side components such as diaphragms, balls, seats, gaskets and O-rings where required. The actual contents depend on the kit. It also documents an important air-kit exception: the T-Series version includes the complete air-valve assembly. Do not generalize one kit’s contents to every ADS family.
Use part numbers to narrow the request

These are distinct catalogue examples, not a suggested pair for one pump. Preserve all suffixes in the part number and ask for the current kit contents to be checked against the equipment record.
Reconcile the kit with the repair list
- List the components required by the inspection and their quantities.
- Match each item to the selected kit’s documented contents.
- Identify separately ordered hardware, housings or other components.
- Check whether previous modifications changed the original pump configuration.
- Confirm the quotation names the complete kit number and any additional parts.
